Οι σειριακοί πομποί πίεσης σιλικόνης SH 316 επιλέγουν εισαγόμενα εξειδικευμένα εξαρτήματα αισθητήρα πίεσης πυριτίου και χρησιμοποιούν εξειδικευμένη μονάδα ολοκλήρωσης, μέσω αλλαγής θερμοκρασίας, μηδενικής και μη γραμμικής αντιστάθμισης για την πραγματοποίηση ακριβούς μέτρησης πίεσης υγρού, αερίου και ατμού.
